The backstory

TES Executive Search is new entity with an old history, where the years of experience within the team, bring extensive experience to the strong delivery and service. The founder of TES Recruitment, Luke Davis, who originally qualified with a master’s in sciences decided in 2007 to go into the technical recruitment field focusing on the Life Science and FMCG manufacturing industries. Since then, he has worked in Executive Search and Contingent recruitment for these industries, both hands-on and driving teams for a wide variety of technical and senior management recruitment projects.

In 2020, Luke saw that there was an opportunity in the market where a better level of service could be given to client for senior appointments and executive search projects, and so he designed a strategy where the people with the strongest recruitment experience would drive the best fitting projects, combined with extra resources at their disposal and a very thorough delivery standard. This was the start of TES Executive Search and once we had the right team on board for the project, it took off. I used the TES Team to recruit a variety of technical roles into my organisation as we went through a state of growth between late 2020 and early 2022.
